This short survey is intended to support the planning of the WG1 meeting in Sarajevo within the COST Action. It collects indicative information on participation intentions, planned contributions, and potential funding needs and will also inform the selection of participants, given that available COST funding allows for around 20 in-person participants.
The meeting aims to present finalised WG1 work, finalise ongoing deliverables, and initiate new strategic initiatives with relevance beyond the duration of the COST Action. It will also support the ongoing or planned dissemination of WG1 findings at the national level, including publications for non-academic audiences and presentations in events involving diverse stakeholder groups.
Selected participants for in-person participation will receive a formal invitation via e-COST with reimbursement in the first half of February, while other interested WG1 members will be invited to join online.
