We are beginning preparations for our third General Meeting. This meeting is hosted by the Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania) and takes place from 25 to 27 November. It will again be a hybrid meeting, combining on-site participation in Vilnius with online participation, so that as many TraFaDy members as possible can attend.
To give the working groups as much working time as possible, we have decided to organise a separate online MC meeting the week before or after the general meeting. The programme of the general meeting is as follows:
25 November
12.30 – 13.00: Registration
13.00 – 13.15: Opening session
13.15 – 14.45: WG 6 meeting
15.00 – 16.30: WG 5 meeting
16.30 – 17.00: Communication team meeting
26 November
9.00 – 12.00: WG 1 meeting and WG 2 meeting (in parallel)
12.00 – 13.30: Lunch
13.30 – 16.30: WG 3 meeting and WG 4 meeting (in parallel)
Evening: Social activity
27 November
9.00 – 10.30: WG 1 meeting and WG 4 meeting (in parallel)
11.00 – 12.30: WG 2 meeting and WG 3 meeting (in parallel)
12.30 – 14.00: Lunch

A first step in this preparation is to get an idea of how many members are interested in participating in person or online, or are not able to participate at all. We are therefore launching a short survey to get a better idea of this.
We do not expect to be able to fund all those interested to participate in person. Based on the number of applications, the core group will develop a selection procedure and inform you of the outcome of that selection.
We strongly advise you not to book flights or accommodation until you receive an official invitation via e-COST. This will happen in summer at the earliest, as we first need to get approval for work and budget plan for the next grant period.
