At the meeting, the results of cooperation and activities of WG5 related to the its main topic – Challenges and possibilities for quantitative and mixed research
methods on transnational families in a changing world – will be presented. The meeting is conceived as a panel discussion in which, in addition to the presentation of concrete innovations, further concrete possibilities for further improvement of the methodological framework in the study of TNF, scientific
cooperation and connection with wider stakeholders from national statistics, practice and policy will be discussed.
